The Toronto Star has adapted to the changing times and needs of its readers. As an example of this, they invested strongly in their online presence through, mobile web, and a Facebook page. To support this, MHz built a program providing strategy, creative and production services to create a single-minded customer experience and engagement campaign that was then leveraged not only across four different aspects of the re-launch, but also across both digital and print.
