Aviva conducts surveys to gather research around attitudes and habits of Canadian consumers on their preferences when it comes to buying and renewing their personal Home and Auto Insurance. Past methods to distribute the survey findings to their broker network were not effective and lacked engagement so they needed a new way to present this information. The recommendation was to build a website with engaging and downloadable content. The introduction of the Aviva Broker Insight Centre was developed to provide brokers with exclusive research data distilled in consumable nuggets to help them evolve their business. We assisted in the overall strategy, naming, wireframe, design and production of a national website that was in two languages with various features that would provide brokers the ability to drill down and gather specific regional information and digital assets.
