Deployment, Reporting and Analytics

With MHz establishing, managing and maintaining your databases, or facilitating the management and maintenance of your databases, the right message is always delivered to the right person at the right time. Your contacts share the brand and message experience that they signed up for and that you intended for them.

Timed Deployments - Pre-set the time of deployment, automatically broadcasting your e-mail during evenings, weekends or while completing other assignments.

Campaign and Broadcast Tracking Codes - Tracking codes can be added to campaigns and/or broadcasts to facilitate synchronizing EMS data with internal client systems. Tracking codes are included in all reports and exports thus allowing you to link EMS statistics and data with CRM systems or other internal data warehousing systems.

QA Testing - A step-by-step Quality Assurance program ensures you can be confident that your contacts have had the experience they signed up for. For instance, we test your messages on multiple e-mail clients before sending it out. This ensures people using different e-mail clients or Web mail experience your brand and your message the way you intended it to be experienced.

Campaign Reporting - MHz EMS comes equipped to deliver standard reports that can be viewed within the context of a Campaign (multiple broadcasts), by Broadcast, or by Split Broadcast. Each real-time report provides the following information:

• Unique click-through summary
• Replies received
• Recipients queued
• Recipients not sent to
• Campaign tracking code
• Broadcast tracking code
• Recipient detail for all report fields sent, open, bounce, replies, click through, beacon, revenue

Contact History Reports - EMS provides a complete contact history for every subscriber, allowing your Privacy Officer to manage any complaints quickly and effectively. The report includes details on when list members subscribed, unsubscribed, returned to the list, and every communication they have ever received from the system.

Broadcast Summary Report - This report summarizes each broadcast by showing detailed statistics that can be sorted and clicked on for precise details. Reports include:

• The number of e-mails sent
• Bounces (Hard and Soft)
• Replies received
• E-mails Opened - Unique and those opened more that once
• Click-throughs - Unique and total

Broadcast Click-through Report - Every e-mail sent via the MHz EMS has a corresponding click-through report. Unlike other systems, MHz EMS presents the actual graphics and link names and not just the URL link in the report.
